Network Operating Center

  • 24x7 Monitoring of the Network and Systems, Provide IT professionals for 3 shifts per day
  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 Monitoring for all monitored devices
  • Manage Rapid alarms/events escalation process
  • NOC personnel will escalate to Senior-level Engineering resources for on-call emergency
  • Triggering of Service Requests (SRs) to Customer’s internal Support teams and to Predefine Vendor lists
  • Physical health checks and data center physical security
  • IVR testing as per predefined schedules
  • Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Uptime Reports
  • Configuration of new devices/Alarms for monitoring tool. (Nagios, What’s UP, Solar Wind Only)
