Network Operating Center

  • ● 24x7 Monitoring of the Network and Systems, Provide IT professionals for 3 shifts per day
  • ● Provide tier-1 and tier-2 Monitoring for all monitored devices
  • ● Manage Rapid alarms/events escalation process
  • ● NOC personnel will escalate to Senior-level Engineering resources for on-call emergency
  • ● Triggering of Service Requests (SRs) to Customer’s internal Support teams and to Predefine Vendor lists
  • ● Physical health checks and data center physical security
  • ● IVR testing as per predefined schedules
  • ● Preparation of Weekly/Monthly Uptime Reports
  • ● Configuration of new devices/Alarms for monitoring tool. (Nagios, What’s UP, Solar Wind Only)
